• 25-minute Bounce Express (quick cardio)
• 45-minute Bounce Cardio (full-body, strength + core)
• 45-minute Bounce & Glutes (cardio + banded glute and core work)

Class size is limited to the number of rebounders available to ensure safety and personal space. This usually means small, boutique-style groups.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance to free your spot for other participants. Pack credits will remain for use on another class.

Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. We provide rebounders, resistance bands, and mats.
