✈️ FLIGHT UPDATE

Flight prices have gone up a little, so I’m booking my flight this week.

I HIGHLY recommend everyone book their flight within the next 1–2 weeks if possible.

I would love for us all to be on the same flight so we can travel together. If you aren’t able to get on the same flight, please try to choose a flight that:

Arrives around the same time as the group

Has a similar departure time coming home

Gives you enough time to get to the Airbnb with the group

⚠️ Important: If your flight arrives significantly later than the group, you will need to plan and pay for your own Uber transportation to the Airbnb.

Once everyone books, please send me your flight information so I can keep track of the group arrival and departure times.

🚐 Transportation: How We’re Moving Around

To make getting around as smooth and stress-free as possible, we are exploring options for large Sprinter vans or similar group transportation to help transport us while we’re on our trip.

Saturday Night: 🚌

We will be booking a party bus for our Saturday evening experience! The bus will take us to dinner and around Phoenix so we can enjoy the night together without worrying about driving, parking, or coordinating multiple cars.

✨ The goal is simple: Get dressed, get on the bus, enjoy the vibes, and let somebody else do the driving!

We are planning a Horseshoe Bend + Antelope Canyon tour as one of our major Arizona experiences.

The excursion is currently estimated at $200+ per person, depending on the final tour/pricing.

The cost will be divided among the people participating.
